In this system, the work is done according the power lines (height, width, depth) of your opponent. The objective is to physically and mentally disturbe the opponent in order that he is completely destabilised and unable to make a counter attack. So, by an alternation of a punches and kicks, touches and keys, you can neutralise your opponent. The trait of this defense system is the fast execution of techniques more especially a quick succession of multiple movements always in a logical order. This art is based on three elements: Le Shin, le Gi et le Tai or the mind, the technique and the body.
