The food was very good with a few dishes that have a little touch of Japanese flavors which is very nice. The Tartar de Atún that was amazing. I wasn't too sure about strawberries in a tartar but it was actually a delight. The Gyoza with coconut milk & Ponzu was also a great combination of flavors and the Sepia a la plancha perfectly cooked. We didn't have their Paella but we saw a few people order some and they looked great. I'll definitely go back to try their other dishes and probably their paella too.

I live between Barcelona and Valencia for almost 4 months and had some of the best food in my life. Let me tell you the best seafood to be found in all of Spain is found here in Valencia, even people in Madrid will tell you that. While I tried many seafood in Valencia Cervia is the BEST!
