She attends…read moreEcole Bilingue de la Nouvelle-Orleans and because the school is French Immersion I wanted her to spend a little more time working on her English. That idea quickly expanded to other subjects once I saw her skills rapidly improved with Ms. Usha's help. My daughter's math skills are ahead of all of class mates and her reading is right where it needs to be for age which is saying a lot considering her school day is spent almost entirely in French. My daughter has more focus as a result of the one on one time she spends with Usha. She is much more willing to do the work that she needs to in order to succeed and believe me when I say that my daughter is a tough customer and does not like being told to do ANYTHING. I strongly believe this is a result of the confidence she is gaining in all of her subjects with Usha's help. We have been with Usha for almost a year and we meet with her every Saturday. If a day has to be missed we make it up virtually, which works great as well. She is an indispensable asset that I honestly treasure and I plan on keeping her as long as she will have us. I would also like to mention that Usha worked with my 14 year old step son to prepare for the Ben Franklin entrance exam (he attended the same French Immersion School as my daughter) and he received one of the top scores for that entrance session. First off, I went for my written test. I passed it all good…read more But when I got to the part where I had to take my practice driving text was horrible First off, I was under the impression that I'm driving in my subdivision, not all the way in New Orleans or wherever we were I know it was not my neighborhood at least that's what was on the paper that I signed my name on so that made me uncomfortable and then I'm driving for a full four hours with no brakes so at this point, my legs are falling asleep Just tiring also my driving instructor was very disrupting He was on the phone the whole time wha tapping his feet on the ground And I was practically running errands I don't know don't sound too professional And also, they call at last minute I was on vacation when they called so I had to pay a $50 reschedule fee. I paid that then I showed up to the practice test Not to mention at the end of the practice test, the paper that's supposed to tell me what I did wrong what I need to fix and all of that was just blank Nothing on it then a couple days later they schedule my actual driving test. I show up one minute late and my driving instructor is already gone now they want me to pay $75 Do they really think people are made out of money? Like I paid 550 starting then another 50 Now they want 75 Like common i'm broke I'm just trying to get my drivers license it shouldn't be this hard Very unorganized !! Like can I get a refund at this point please??
