This was the worst service i have ever experienced from a sauna! They were unvriendly, i have to cancel due to serious personal problems and we had to may the whole sauna cost, in a very unfriendly manner plus interest and plus 50euro as a fine for not calling them in time! I have never ever experienced something like this in my entire life! There was no way of cancelling online the day before so we mailed and appearantly this wanst enough! I would advice anyone to go to this sauna, sparein and ambiente sauna are the best in antwerp! read more
