Seriously. Just. Fantastical! This guy is an artist. No question that his is one of the best. He can make ANY flavor cake you want. We got him to make our wedding cake. 2 layers naked wedding cake: bottom layer was caramelized pear and candied walnuts, top layer was raspberries with vanilla and white chocolate ganache. I'm still getting guests randomly text me about how delicious the cake was! And it was beautiful too! read more

Salon de thé très décevant. Les cupcakes sont juste ignobles, écœurants, lourds, biscuit jadis trop dur remplacé par biscuit plus petit (2cm de haut !) la moitié reste collé sur le papier, plus de crème que de biscuit. Poil ou cheveux dans la crème !!! Trop sucré avec des arôme sans doute artificiels! Bref, trop d'erreurs accumulées par un pâtissier qui ne maitrise absolument pas les techniques d'outre manche !!!
