It is a clean, beautiful, warm environment. I felt I was in the best hands literally, while out of the country. When traveling, and when in a business environment, it is so important to me to feel good and I am so grateful to Emma for helping me feel my best during the conference. I'm visiting Annecy for a few days and needed my color touched up. I walked into this shop…read moreexpecting to be told they were booked solid--especially since my hair is very resistant and takes extra time to process. Nobody batted and eye as they showed me to the upstairs area for color treatment. (No being displayed while not looking my best??? WONDERFUL!!) The color is perfect, no stains on my face, and I am so very happy I walked into this shop this morning!!! If I lived here this salon would have all my business.
