Wow. The most memorable dining experience of my life. It's not a two star Michelin restaurant for…read morenothing! The service was amazing (there were like 10 peopme serving us simultaneously), every single dish was explained by our waiter, and the food was incredibly unique and delicious. Every dish had the perfect balance of sweet, salty, savory, umami, and texture! I've never experienced food that was so well balanced. The place was also so beautiful, with the clearest large glass windows overlooking the courtyard. We definitely balled out on this meal, but I'm sure there are lesser restaurants that are just as, if not more, expensive. If you're looking for a once in a lifetime experience dining at a two star Michelin restaurant, this is the place to go!
