The dealership quoted a pretty high price because they were going to purchase new manufactured parts. My car is old. I called Warner's as they have dealt with my car in the past. Jeff shared that he could do the repairs at half the cost by simply replacing the rear differential with a slightly used differential. I was ok with this because the car has over 135,000 miles on it. He replaced the part which came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the differential he was given was also bad. Jeff honored the warranty and replaced the differential again. I knew that this meant he was doing work on my car on his time and dollar. The second replacement has been working beautifully. My car has not sounded nor run this well in the last 2 years! I will continue to trust Jeff and ask questions of him for all future repairs! Warner Holdings is an upstanding business!

Took it there the thursday before, and after a week we texted to check the status. Received no response from wednesday until the following monday when they said they looked it over and now it would be $3900. Called and spoke to Erin to ask why it wasn't fixed, and why they went over it again, and how it was now $800 more when nothing changed from there initial inspection. She kept apologizing and said it was a miscommunication, but bottom line is they had the car for a week and a half, never fixed anything, but somehow quoted $800 more for the repairs. Not sure what kind of business they're running, but I would avoid it!

With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.

A problem I've had with other shops is whenever something is suggested, it feels scammy (and…read moreusually is). The actual Honda dealership wanted to charge me $100 for a fuel system cleaning. I looked into it and all it was they were going to pour a $15 bottle of fuel system cleaner into the gas tank. So basically an extra $85 for something a toddler can do. Mugsy's isn't like this. Whatever they suggest and any work they've done, they're very thorough in explaining what needs done and what has been done. Staff is friendly. Overall a great shop if you need anything done
