THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES We went to pick up our belongings from our vehicle, and right away it was obvious items were missing. An employee brought out some of our things, but not everything. There was a BRAND NEW radiator in a large box in the trunk. When I specifically asked about it, the employee claimed the box was empty. That is a complete lie. The radiator was brand new and inside that box, and it was not returned to us. On top of that, a full bottle of windshield wiper fluid is also missing. ALSO, my partners brand new tool box was also stolen! This is not a mistake. This is THEFT . You do not have the right to take what doesn't belong to you just because you tow cars. It's completely unacceptable and dishonest. I seriously question how many other customers have had their items taken. read more

These guys suck.... They picked up one of my vehicles and damaged it during transport. The front bumper cover was coming off when I was coming back home to get my vehicle. I do not recommend these guys for having your vehicle towed. The only thing they wanna do is get your vehicle on the truck and haul it away. Customer service was ridiculous. People that works there doesn't give a shit about you. Oh, and make sure that you have cash on you because for some reason, you can't use your card (sounds suspicious). Good thing I called my bank and they said I didn't have to pay for anything else. They will siphon your gas and steal your stuff. They stole a few of my tools. And siphon my full tank of gas. If they ask for the key to bring your car out. Make sure you go with them even if they say no. Or tell them to bring it out the way they brought it in. read more
