We were assisted by Chris, who was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain their proprietary chocolate making process to us, as well as generously giving us some delicious samples to try. The pralines were definitely of high quality, with good selection of flavors. If I really had to comment on anything, it would be that some of the flavors were very subtle. The earl grey praline was definitely the highlight of this visit ! We ended up hand-carrying several boxes home, excellent value for money!
