I went to see Dr. Ross, with on-going back pain, and she was able to ease my concerns with her compassion and professionalism. I had tried other treatment options prior to going her and this is definitely the most effective. After my first visit I knew I was hooked. Two years in and I am extremely happy that I chose New Glasgow Chiropractic Center.

Since then, my back has deteriorated to the point where walking a single block leaves me in severe pain. I have had to quit practising and go on disability through social services. All was fine for Sandra Ross when I had the money to pay up front for my treatments, but now, when I can't afford to, she refuses to bill social services directly, even though I have been pre-approved for treatment. Also, since I am on disability, I am entitled to a new bed, up to $200. Anybody knows that you can't get squat for that, so my social worker said they would approve me for a very good qualify bed, as long as I had a letter from a doctor stating that it would help with my back condition. When asked if she would do this for me, she said absolutely not, she said it was not her "job" to do this. She said she had already "done me a favour" simply by talking on the phone with my social worker!! This woman has no empathy for her patients. All she cares about is money, up front, at your appointment. STAY AWAY!!!
