Park anywhere on the left side. There are about 20 guest parking spaces for the building. Take the parking elevator from level 1 to the lobby on level 3 and register your car with security.

The property has been kept very well and we are so proud to be owners. Ever since he took over the Mgmt. position the place has been kept up and things are looking great. What a wonderful feeling to have Dan there to control the safety of our tenants and properties. He is very friendly; he goes above and beyond for the tenants and owners very trustworthy. He has an open door if you ever have any question, I am so grateful to have a chance to being able to work with Dan. The recreation deck is on the eighth floor, the building has a small gym, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, barbecue area, a small party room and a children playground. This is a pet friendly building with 24 hours security on site. As far as storage, they have bike and surf board storages but you have to pay a fee. Down at the street level, they have Down to earth, lunch place, beauty salon, UPS store, sweat and soul, Ya Ya steak house. Overall, this is a solid building in my opinion, the only thing I do not like is there is no free guest parking, you have to pay and it is not cheap.

The pool being disgusting is one of the many reasons why they went through a lot of resident managers because the others weren't pulling their weight. I challenge anyone to look at the pool now. It's a 60+ year old building so the fact that Frank and the board are taking the time to address issues for repair to bring this old building into the 21st century is remarkable, But of course an owner would appreciate and understand this more than a renter because the value of their property is going up. 4. They have vestibules on each end of the corridors with trash bins that people dump in. Every morning the maintenance guy comes and empties it. That's the equivalent of having a trash chute. The doors closed ensure the smell doesn't go into the units. Overall Sky Tower is an amazing complex with a diverse community. Sure it's not a luxury condo, but it's a step above your average multi dwelling unit. Frank may have his faults but so does everyone else, we're not perfect, and he CARES about the building and the people in it. I wholeheartedly recommend the building to anyone who is interested in buying/renting and its amazing staff to back it up!

It's confusing! Even the parking structure is non-traditional. If you go down the wrong ramp, you won't be able to exit... LOL! The parking levels may not be the same number as the floor you're looking for... and there are sets of stairs that connect the parking to the different parts of the building. Just read the signs correctly... and remember to get parking validation! I only park in the Imperial Plaza structure when I visit my optometrist. If I'm going to eat at Cooke Street Market, I'll just find street parking

During pandemic of 2020, there was no parking attendant which made parking easier and more available. I would also park on Cooke Street when working out at Ikaika Fitness Factory, FKA Kakaako Fitness, early in the mornings, but would have to move my car once the metered parking begins during business hours. The parking garage lights have finally been updated making it much brighter than before. And there's also public restrooms that's kept clean and tidy and can only be accessed by the business's restroom keys.

Very secure as you need to have to be buzzed in to basically every area as we were having an event at the recreation rood which is right beside the gym which yes you both need a key to get into each one. The recreation room is basically the size of a large studio apartment short of a bed as it's bougie layout has it all with a lounge area with large cushy soft and big screen tv with a large coffee table to layout any snacks, pool table right behind the lounge, kitchen with a microwave, sink and a full size fridge and a large table with seating to seat up to 8. Huge windows that allows a lot of sunshine to brighten the whole room with privacy shades where you're able to see out though but keep it private from the outside as you're not able to see inside, it's such a lovely place to gather for any occasion. The shutoff valves on the pipes also wont turn off. There is mold and mildew everywhere in the apartments. The parking has no drainage and when it rains you have to walk through the water. Every other month you'll get woken up in the middle of the night for a false fire alarm. It is also a noisy area. People drag race and rev their motorbikes throughout the weekend. You'll also hear dump trucks collecting garbage at 6 in the morning. The amenities are good and well taken care of. The front office and security are great. But, overall I'd avoid living here.

I've walked across the street to corepower yoga, coffee bean, agu, scratch Nordstrom, ward theaters, new wave friday, panya and tango directly downstairs, Location can't be beat! And every resident that I've run into in this condo has been really nice! The condo staff are great and always there if you need anything. Cons: Price obviously. Hokua is gorgeous but wow it's expensive!! If you are lucky enough to have the funds to live here good for you;) amazing location! The other thing I noticed is there seems to be some issues with the building integrity. 2 times since I've been here there were floods in upper floors and they needed to inspect the unit for water damage. Also sometimes there's loud creaking or pounding sounds from the building or walls itself. Overall though absolutely gorgeous place to live.

A beautiful, modern building with convenient parking, a secure building with controlled access, and a gorgeous, well-appointed deck for party goers. The deck had a full sized pool, tennis court, dog park, and seven gazebos for barbecue get-together. Our party of forty took only two of the slots, so plenty of room for multiple parties. You must be a resident to use the facilities, so you'll need a sponsor. The view over Ala Moana Beach Park was beautiful as well!
