Den jungen Mann an der Kasse darauf hingewiesen war er ausser Stande das Problem mit einem leitenden Mitarbeiter zu klären. In der Fachreihe sollten Kabel sein jedoch keine SD Card Reader. Die gesamte Reihe ist fehlerhaft einsordiert. Habe Foto gemacht. Meine Nachbarn werden nun keine neuen digital Radios dort kaufen. Auf meinen Fall bezogen ein Ramschladen. Werde dem Wirtschaftskontrolldienst und dem Verbraucherschutz entsprechend mitteilung machen. HBr.

The customer service depends on who you get. My first visit I had a very helpful person who went through brands and gave good advise on my budget. They even advised to hold back on my purchase and wait for the possible holiday sales. Sadly, on my second visit I got the best of the worse. The staff were not bothered to help, despite that I had already left a deposit for an order previously. They couldn't understand why I had held back for the sales and didn't believe one of their colleagues would have advised this! I placed the order and delivery was delayed due to damage whilst loading the goods. Poor customer service did not end here. On delivery I was asked by the driver for an additional charge which was double the price of the original payment made at the store. It took several phone calls back/forth to sort out. Disappointing this was not addressed properly at the time of ordering at the store or when following up on the delay. Sadly it appears there is no ownership taken for end to end customer service

This Saturn goes over two floors and has a lots of different products from each category. So you can compare and the decision is not only made by the market. The staff can handle the usual questions. If you want to go further you have to wait (they will go away and ask someone who knows) and be as accurate as possible with your questions. I hope this will help some English speaking tourists.

In my opinion, IKEA furniture is very practical for use, easy to build and mostly reasonably priced. Strongly recommended for everybody! Among disadvantages I would mention permanent queues as a consequence of the big popularity and lack of exclusive stuff and usually, it's sooo difficult to reach shop assistants (e.g. when you need help or just advice).
