A friend brought me here for dinner. It was a nice evening and the place was fairly full of patrons. The staff were friendly, professional and sharp. The dining area was nice with a view of the kitchen area and 2 outdoor areas. One allowed smoking, so we didn't sit there. We opted to sit inside with a view of the kitchen.
I enjoyed watching the female chef prepare dishes. The menu was not in English, so I let my friend choose for me. He narrowed it down to tuna or sea bass. I chose the sea bass, so he chose tuna.
The sea bass was delicate and flaky with a wonderful mild taste, on a bed of orzo and a creamy sauce topped with watercress. It was elegant and flavorful with great textures. The tuna was served on potato croquets stuffed with cheese and sprinkled with peanuts and a nice tangy sauce. The tuna was cooked perfectly.
For dessert we chose a dish of 3 small mousse-like desserts served in small glasses. One was dark chocolate, one was very rich and the third was very well balanced. It was hard not to eat all of it, but I was quite full. read more
