Not only did he fail to get the appraisal done on time he refused to speak to the lender, the real estate agent, or to call his customers back. The owners of the property we are buying had to move to Hawaii being in military service. Although this person, Tom Nolan, is veteran VA approved, he does not appreciate veterans or his customers. He was completely irresponsible

Great place to sell or buy. Was turned down by KWS and went here and he gave me 18% higher price…read morethan other offered. Very pleased with the outcome. It is hit and miss on some but this exchange came thru for me. 5 stars. Thank you.
