It was something I had never heard of until I colleague from German told me the story - uniquely enough it was his cousin who designed the Ampelmannchen in the 60s. This store offers unique items of all types with the Ampelmannchen character. Even as an American in Berlin, I got many compliments on my new Ampelmannchen apparel. This is a great place to stop and pick up a souvenir for people of all ages.
