In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. It is locally owned. It is not just a Shell station, but a family-run company that's been in the area for a long time. 2. GCS hires a kind staff who answer questions and greet you with a smile -- a rare thing sometimes at gas stations. 3. Fueling up here is easy because of all the pumps available and the multiple places to pull in and out. They employ enough people to get you in and out quickly as well. This is certainly a big bonus for me and seems to be the standard of all Kwik Trips. I strongly detest waiting in long lines at gas stations, especially when they only have one or two employees total. The store is kept up well and I always see staff actually working while at work.
