The only complaint I really have is that the hot dogs/brats on the roller display aren't always marked correctly. I've gotten cheese ones a handful of times before, which is a waste of money because I can't have the dairy. I tend to get the mini corn dogs when they're in stock. They also have an amazing smoothie/milkshake machine. Dom, the employee working today when I went for my lunch, is really nice and sweet. She talks to you like she's known you a long time and is quick to ring people out. During this time, I interacted with one of the female clerks, who certainly left a lasting impression. While I had hoped for a little understanding and maybe the chance to call my family for assistance, I was instead treated to a display of sharp wit, snippy remarks, and a snarky tone that made it clear she had other priorities. It's not often that customer service manages to turn a simple request into such a memorable moment. In a way, I'm grateful--it's not every day you encounter staff who can show you exactly what not to expect from a neighborhood store. Her approach was so striking that it will stick with me for a long time. For anyone visiting, I'd recommend coming fully prepared, because you might not get the kind of support you're hoping for.
