My 93 year old grandmother was dismissed by the manager of the floral department. She received a…read morebouquet for her birthday that included lilies. She received it from Dillons floral department. It arrived at 2pm and was 100% dead by the next morning so she only was able to enjoy it for a few hours. Upon telling the manager at the floral department he simply said "sorry" and dismissed her as if he didn't have the time of day for her. Horrible customer service! And I am sorry a little more respect should be given to an elderly person who took the time to try to rectify that the gift her friend sent her wasn't a waste of money. He should have made an effort to make things right. I am furious with the treatment my grandmother received.

I usually visit the store at Kellogg and Tyler. Earlier today I walked into that store and handed…read morethe woman at the register 4 lottery tickets totalling $55 dollars in winnings. (I had already checked them previously) I went and grabbed some beer and returned to the counter. I told the lady I wanted to pay separately for the beer meaning I didn't want her to use my lottery winnings to pay for the beer. She then tries to tell me I had won a total of $15 off the lottery tickets. BAHAHAHAH!!! I said bullshit! Give me my tickets back! She then starts waiving 2 lottery receipts around saying my total was only $15. I had to sternly ask for my tickets back again. That's when another employee heard what was going on and came over to help. The lady claimed she scanned all the tickets and only 2 of them were winners. When the other employee asked her were the other lottery receipts were she had them on the side of the register and claimed she didn't know she was supposed to add them a together. It's almost comical that they have a wall of shame with pictures of thieves who have stolen from them. This employee she be on that wall and it makes me wonder how many other people she's done this to. She blatantly tried to steal my money and played the "I'm just stupid" card when she got caught!

It looked like a tornado had hit…read more Melted ice cream all over the doors to the ice cream, spilled nut, an empty ice cream bucket tossed haphazardly, and that was just part of the problem. I asked for a scoop of ice cream. Usually, I get a decent scoop. The scoop was small. The guy didn't even push it down, like usual. Maybe he was new, as evidenced by the 2 guys over by the register pointing and laughing, who could have been cleaning up the huge mess. The tables were all nasty. We left. Came back this morning for breakfast. I asked for gravy, did not get it. I went back to the counter, asked for gravy and watched him scrape the sides of the container for it. He should have just said he was out. Tables were all nasty. We left. No wonder people are starting to avoid this place.
