Oh man. I needed a trim for my kids. We walked in, and I was immediately concerned about my choice. We weren't greeted, were sat down to wait and another customer had to tell me to sign in. One of the two workers wad busy chatting with a client, the other was oblivious I head walked in. During my wait, I started looking around to notice how run down it was.... plus dusty. The final straw was watching another worker come in, reeking of cigarette smoke, and promptly talking a customer. No hand washing... kinda grossed me out. The rudest people I've ever come across in my 30+ years of getting hair cuts anywhere in the many states I've lived in across this country. I walked in and it was like I was completely invisible not a single person greeted or looked my way so after standing and then sitting down and having the chance to look around at the run down/dirty salon I knew it would be best to go and find another place that hopefully the employees/management would know how to treat their paying customers.
