Took car into Kwik-Fit Ballymena yesterday to get air-con topped up, car perfect when left in but when got it back switch for automatic hand-brake was broken, obviously someone didn't know how to work it, phoned as soon as noticed but they denied doing it and again when spoke to manager this morning, cost £60 to fix, will never be back and would not recommend anyone else to go there!!! Kwit fit in Ballymena is well stocked and the staff are always friendly and helpful. tyre prices can be higher than some local dealers but the service is fast. Staff do try to sell you parts that you dont need which is annoying but if you can say no then you shouldnt have to many problems. Right in the heart of the town its easy to pop off and get a cup of tea while your car is in the shop. all in all recommended read more
