One day, a friend and I were talking, and she wanted me to teach her how to smoke a cigar, which I am always happy to oblige.
Having passed by 'Whisky + Cigars' on multiple bike rides, I knew we had to go there. It reminded me of the local tobacconist back home, but had the added depth of whiskey to go with our cigars. I cannot emphasize enough how many different kinds of whiskeys there are, and on many different kinds of budgets. There is also a very charming room in the back for whiskey tastings. The case with cigars is just stunning, and they also have equipment (butane lighters, cigar cutters, matches, etc.). The woman who was working was a total badass, and when we asked for a recommendation, she had an immediate opinion, and I felt completely safe.
The only thing that might deter you from entering is that you must press a buzzer for them to allow you to enter. Don't let it scare you. Everyone inside is very knowledgeable, and very open to your questions.
