Went in for layers. After waiting past my appointment time- I saw (for the price I was charged) it was supposed to include wash, cut and style. She just sprayed my hair with a water bottle and went to cutting. Didn't look like half of it was even touched. There was no drying/styling. I was in and out of the chair in about 10 minutes. Had to go to another salon to have the cut "finished". read more

Worst haircut I've ever gotten. It ended up costing $25. $15 for the haircut and $10 for the hat I'll have to wear for the next few weeks. No way I'll ever go back. read more
