It was our last evening in Wien and while I booked our first Wien hotel, he booked this one. I was pleasantly surprised. The price was right! We go halfsies on all hotels when traveling together and our latest holiday was really racking up between Vienna, Venice, Lake Como, Florence and back to Vienna so when I saw the price point I'll admit I was mildly concerned. Zero reason to be. This place is awesome and a great deal. I actually loved it more than the place I booked, and out of all of our accommodations it may have been one of the more spacious options. I loved that its entire theme is the brewery. I love a good craft brewery. Service was friendly. We'd taken a wrong stairwell at some point and landed ourselves outside on the way to dinner downstairs, and the girl from the front desk happened to be at the same place we were and got us back inside asap. She was a total sweetheart. The restaurant was delish! I wasn't trying to eat there but it turned out that way and was wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was perfect, just what we needed before our flight back to Los Angeles. All in all, this hotel is a complete win! I'd definitely recommend it. I'll typically take public transit in any city I'm in unless I absolutely must grab a taxi/uber and the train station is a very short walk from the hotel. All in all, I was completely satisfied with our stay here.

As with everything else in this wonderful city, there is a convenient public transportation nearby ,take the U3 line of the U Bahn and get off on the Neubaugasse station. We found the place to be clean, well kept and reasonably priced. The staff was always very accommodating and willing to help. The room was quite comfortable, great use of space and the bathrooms are clean as well. Our stay here definitely made our trip to Vienna much more pleasant and enjoyable.

The entrance already sets the tone with a cool, artistic vibe a red bench, a street lamp, and a decorative tree painted on the wall. The elevators are on both sides of the entrance, and you go up to the 5th floor for the front desk and bar. The rooms are modern, cozy and very comfortable. We especially liked the open shower, the separate toilet, and the large balcony. One small detail: only the outlets next to the bed have USB and Type-C ports the rest of the room doesn't. Breakfast was abundant and very varied. At the bar we were attended by Siby, and every morning during breakfast we were welcomed with a sweet smile and excellent service by Mahshad, a lovely young Persian woman. Both made our stay even better. The hotel is clean, has good WiFi, and is conveniently located close to public transportation. Overall, we really liked Arcotel AQ Wien and would happily stay here again.

The floors have male and female only showers every other floor and unisex bathrooms on every floor. There is a great open area where you can eat, drink and hang on a nice night with the people staying in the hostel. On cooler nights there is a ping-pong table, couches, and a tv inside. The staff was very nice and helpful with all my questions on the accommodations, transportation, and city. There is also one computer where you can hop on and check your email for free. The hotel is composed of two buildings one dated to the 1400s the other to the late 1300s. You get the old Europe architecture and feel with a nicely renovated room. In fact, the rooms are really suites with a little kitchen, sitting area and nice beds. The friendliness of the staff really adds to the experience. Particularly during breakfast, which is without doubt one of the highlights of staying here. It's not often you get complementary cappuccino with your breakfast! They have a combination of traditional Austrian breakfast offerings and choices more familiar to Americans. The breakfast area is in a cozy little room with many small tables, and there's a nice outdoor area if the weather is pleasant. If you are in Klosterneuburg this is a great spot!
