I have been searching for a couple of months for a pre-owned Cadillac EXT Truck. I found one on…read morecars.com. It was located at Beloit Auto & Truck Plaza (400 miles away). I called and talked with Sales manager LaRae Schieder about the vehicle. She emailed me detailed pics of the vehicle and was very thorough when describing it. I felt very comfortable enough that I bought it and she arranged to have it delivered to my front door! I was a little skeptical but she was very accessible so I felt more at ease. The vehicle was delivered by trailer and the driver was very professional. I am so happy that I found Beloit Auto and Truck Plaza and will more than likely deal with them on my next vehicle purchase! Thanks Again!

Do NOT waste your time like we did! We wasted a full day driving to see a lemon. Sales lady Larea…read moreclaimed that nobody at the dealership noticed overspray on a $26 thousand dollar vehicle! With their 100+ point inspection and detail (the owner said they just look for dirt/mud) they didn't notice paint on windows, trim, tire, lights. The paint color didn't even match and it was painted on dirt which caused obvious bumps. This place is ridiculous, lying to cover things up, claiming that nobody noticed the paint/damage to the door and side panel as the car sat on their lot 104 days! If they had any respect for a customer they would have let us know considering we were driving 4 hours each way with 3 little kids. They are a horrible company, and the owners excuse was that the vehicle is 3 years old. We were promised a honda certified shop would make repairs so we could purchase vehicle and they would deliver it. Owner Pat Kelly who I spoke with Tuesday (after they didn't call Monday like they promised) decided that a local shop could get close enough to original the color so it would not be fixed by honda certified shop. Honda odyssey is still for sale without disclosing damage or repainting for the same price. Save your gas, time, and sanity. These people will do anything to hide problems and screw you over.

BLUF (bottom line up front): The folks at Renegade are very friendly, helpful and professional…read more They quickly and easily took care of my minor emergency and I can't say enough good about them. If you need towing around Belleville, they are the folks to call! For the entire story, read on! Late in the afternoon I lost a wheel on a trailer in rural Nebraska. We're about 650 miles from home. We were able to get the trailer off the highway. Called to let the Sheriff's Department know about the trailer and asked for recommendations for a tow company. They suggested Renegade. We called and spoke to Eric, but didn't ask him to come out as we weren't sure how to proceed. We rented a trailer to load our trailer onto and called Renegade to see if they could help us load the trailer. Shelly told us they were booked until early afternoon and we agreed to wait. A few minutes later, she called back to say they had a hole in there schedule and Eric was on the way. Eric pulled up and immediately informed us he'd loaded trailers in this condition before. He definitely knew what he was doing. Quickly loaded to trailer onto his rollback. We got off the highway and onto a side road where he prepared to load the trailer onto my rental trailer when we discovered it wouldn't fit. I asked Eric if he could store the trailer until we could get it, he readily agreed saying they had a lot of vehicles in their yard. I then called and asked if I they could recommend a local repair shop, which they did and then took the trailer to the shop for repair. Eric and Shelly were extremely helpful and performed very professionally. Highly recommend their services should you need them!
