The customer service was extremely professional and fantastic. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The mattress was definitely one the best I have slept on in hotels and toiletries were top notch. Super clean. The lobby is stunning and so inviting. The roof top is a great spot to see the city and if you can enjoy their afternoon tea it's great and definitely great way to unwind the afternoon. Also Matsuhisha restaurant by Nobu has fantastic sushi. Overall great staff running a great show. It was my first time staying with them definitely they made it memorable. The prices were a bit high but, not over the top. I did see the tanks I bought here on Amazon for a little less but, would have had to wait a week for it. Not a bad place to go if you are looking for party supplies and balloons.
