The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We ordered so much food--honestly, I wish I had written it all down. The menu is perfect for sharing, so we got to try a little bit of everything. Highlights included a variety of rich, flavorful curries--both vegetarian (like the creamy paneer) and meat-based (the lamb and chicken curries were melt-in-your-mouth tender). The garlic naan was soft, buttery, and perfectly charred, and the biryani was fragrant and loaded with spices. As for heat levels, our group had a mix of preferences, so we tried levels 2 and 4. If you love spice and can handle the heat, don't hesitate to go for level 4 or even 5--it had a serious kick but wasn't overwhelming if you're used to spicy food. Level 2 was a great middle ground for those who wanted just a bit of warmth without too much intensity. Overall, an amazing experience with fantastic food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for groups, spice enthusiasts, or anyone craving authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine!

It was decent, providing a mild and edible baseline, but nothing memorable. * **Kadhai Paneer:** Marketed as a house specialty, yet it completely missed the mark. Tasty Indian Food, But Beware Of Spiciness…read more My wife & I went here for lunch after a long drive down from Ucluelet. Here's what we ordered and how I'd rate each item on a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being best: Tandoori Naan Butter (6): More greasy than buttery, and not very flavorful. Garlic Cilantro Naan (7): Subtle garlic flavor, but tasty. Gobhi Garlic (8): Recommended by the waiter. Very tasty, with a great texture, though I could've used a bit more garlic flavor. Chicken Tikka Masala (7): Good flavor, but not enough chicken. Also, despite asking for the mildest spiciness, it still made my scalp sweat. Butter Chicken (9): Delicious! Tasted exactly the way it was supposed to, with a rich, thick creamy tomato sauce. Highly recommend. I'm giving them 4 stars because I'm rounding up from what I think they deserve, which is 3 1/2 stars. Overall, their food was good, service was prompt & friendly, and their prices were very reasonable making them a good value.

Since we love Indian food we tried this little place in the gas station. Note to self and maybe you: Indian is a little hard to eat in the car but we ate some in the parking lot before leaving. We got Lamb Coconut Curry, Butter Chicken and Vegetable Curry. The servings were generous (enough to have for dinner when we got home with even more leftover for one of us to eat the last of the next day). All entrees come with rice (with whole cumin seeds-a nice touch) and naan as well as free fountain drinks. The curries were a mixed bag. The veggie curry badly needed salt. They may have forgotten to add it? I went back inside and got some. Glad we hadn't left yet. The naan was the same as I buy frozen as my local Indian store. Same triangular shape. It's fine but I would love it if they made their own. The butter chicken was quite sweet, but it was ok. The coconut lamb probably had the best flavor in the gravy of the three. The mango lassis were premade in a frige you reached in to get your own. The predominant flavor was sweetness, and needed way more mango in them. All in all, if you want quick takeout and aren't too picky with your Indian food, give them a try.
