Number of Skeeball Games Played: 74 games (at least) - it was a free play Tuesday night
Other games played: Pinball, Duck Hunt, Schock, Shut the Box, Pop Up Pirate, Darts, and only saw the fooseball.
Crowd: mixture of students, professionals, and Cologne Football club fans (they won that evening so drinking was in order)
The bartender Melanie was working this night and she was very friendly. I never had an empty Kolsch and she also brought me waters when needed. The bar was quite busy this night because there was a small Skeeball tournament for the free Tuesday night Skeeball. There were statistics for the Skee-ball league on the wall and invitations to join the league. They even have a Skeeball 101 poster from a 3-time (American) national champion. This is a proper vintage arcade bar with an emphasis on interactive mechanical games (ie Pinball and Skeeball).
I had a chance to meet the owner of the bar, Marcus, and he was so nice, he even shared his story about opening the bar after he saw Skeeball was so popular in the United States.
I would definitely come here for league nights, game nights, and corporate or private parties.
Highly recommend!
