Boba was simultaneously undercooked and overcooked. The flavor of the milk tea was ok, but I've definitely had better.

I hate doing this but maybe catch someone's attention. Everything about this place has went…read moredownhill. 1st is their service they have basically turned this into being staffed with HS kids with no experience while what I think is either the manager or owner just watches everything but does nothing to support. Last night as an example went in to pick up some take out and absolutely clueless. Even when they got me my order no thank you or have a nice day. Number 2 is their food I used to really like their ramen but when did chashu pork become like and over cooked burnt end. My Ramen last night was inedible besides the noodles and broth and immediately after had the worst upset stomach. Then my wife ordered a sushi roll with her ramen and they put it in the same bag with all the hot food???? So by the time I got home it was all warm. Gross she took one bite and that went in the trash along with the rest of our dinner. I would like to preface and say I procrastinated this after several more visits and has been on this downward slope each time and last night was the pinnacle. It's actually too bad because our city needs great places and I had high hopes for this place, but for now they have lost me as a customer for sure.

I just want to say Ramen is something we have only got once because the one where we are from isn't great, tried it once and never went back. This place on the other hand has awesome ramen! We ordered a beef fried rice for the kids, they chowed down on it. Was good, a little dry, but not bad at all. Ordered foxy lady and spicy girl roll, I thought the sushi was filling. The real reason for the stars though was the ramen! Ordered the spicy ramen medium expecting to eat it myself since my wife wasn't going to touch Ramen ever again and when that bowl came and the flavor hit the air she had to try it. It was her favorite part of the meal and my ramen quickly became her ramen. I did try it and would say it was amazing and we'll be back for more!

It's very bright and vibrant. There's a ton of room and tables for people to grab a drink and hang out. It gives a very cozy feeling with the pillows on the long bench and little couch. There's two ordering stations that you can order your drinks from. There's not a lot of interaction with you and the barista. Actually, the gal that was working didn't really talk to us. She had a guest that she was giving her attention to. They were chatting it up the whole time we were ordering and while our drinks were made. There was a gentleman that clocked in and he helped me for a bit. He helped me start a new drink card. This would have been a 5 star review if the gal would have just paid a little more attention to us. For drinks I got the pomelo lemon tea with lychee jelly. My daughter grabbed the strawberry slushy with lychee jelly as well. The tea was delightful! You can taste the citrus in the tea. It was perfectly sweetened with a good amount of jellies on the bottom. There's also pieces of citrus peel. It added a nice element to my drink. The strawberry slushy was perfectly blended. It was thick and icy. It came with the cutest lid! My tea was fantastic and the venue is really cute! I look forward to trying other tea if I'm ever in the area again.

I would probably give it a 3 in Seattle (my home). But I'd give it a 4 in Boise. Meat was little tough, needs to be thicker and juicier, that would be main critique. In Seattle all the ramen places have better meat slices. It was well flavored though. Broth was right consistency. Lots of toppings which was good. Eggs were perfectly done. Service was quick and helpful - they gave me a spicy sauce at my request which gave the soul a nice kick. Ambiance was peaceful I liked the colorful wall art.

Most disappointing things is that I ordered the spicy dry noodle (what I always order) and it came with the sliced chashu pork vs the chopped pork, despite the online listing stating it is chopped pork (which is what it always was when I ordered it before). It's a small thing, but I don't like the sliced pork, it has a different texture than the chopped pork. So once again disappointed with this place.
