Wow! I am so impressed with the turn around at the Dublin/Powers location in Colorado Springs. I finally gave up and stopped going there because it had become so filthy. Recently, I desperately needed to use a ladies room during 3rd shift. Jordan, a new employee, was working and when I walked in the door, he was actually working, very different from what I had seen in the past. The place was so clean and smelled so good, I could not believe my eyes. I am on the road a lot so I had seen it dirty on all shifts. No matter when I go in on his shift, he is working hard either outside in the freezing elements changing out the trash or inside cleaning. Outstanding employee!!! I hope you appreciate this young man because I have not seen anyone clean like he does. Please keep him, he is truly an asset to your company! read more

Absolutely outrageous prices. I spent almost $20 on a little tiny bottle of Jack Daniels. All of their food prices are out rages as well. It seems like they're doing price discrimination. Just because it's Gretna and right off the interstate they charge more money for items that should be much cheaper and are elsewhere. I find that incredibly offensive. They don't seem to care about keeping things sanitary were cleaning. And all of the people that shop there aren't even worried about social distancing I couldn't even keep 6 feet away from people. It was not a pleasant experience for me. There were no shopping baskets so I had to hold ice cold Coca-Cola and ice cup in my hand while waiting in line. It was very cold and uncomfortable. They don't seem to care about keeping things sanitary or cleaning. And all of the people that shop there aren't even worried about social distancing I couldn't even keep 6 feet away from people. I have stopped here to fuel up on my way to and fro a few times. The fuel that I purchased was priced in line with the general fuel market and it was as combustible as I expect unleaded fuel to be. On the occasions where I've stopped in to purchase soda or snacks, the folks working have been friendly and pleasant. Thanks Kum and Go! read more

Outside gas pumps were dirty and ground mud and water piles by pumps. There was non rain for several days, so not sure were all the water came from. Staff is not friendly and very basic inside store. A quick stop only if needed. read more

Visited this location four times in the last month. Each time the pumps are incredibly slow. The slowest pumps I've ever experienced getting gas. During morning commuter traffic the last thing you want to deal with is sitting and waiting for gas while traffic piles up. I'll be finding a new gas station. read more

The day I had to get gas some idiot in front of me decided he wanted to buy lottery tickets and scratch cards. He held the line up for 10 minutes. If you know your busy time is at lunch time then I suggest you have more than one person checking out customers instead of being rude to a customer based on what their transaction is. Just because I was only buying lottery tickets I was treated rudely and the statement 'come on I gotta go' was even used. I will not be visiting this place again. read more
