Here is my experience:
1. On the first appointment, Rodd Kuiper was late by more than two hours, during of which *I* had to chase up as to whether he is coming. When he arrived, he didn't even apologise for being late.
2. Rodd Kuiper promised to give me a quote within 48 hours, it is now 6 days after he first came to my property to view the piano and he has given me nothing. He even go as far as saying he got problems with e mail and would send it soon. I don't buy it, as I frankly cannot see how he could respond to my emails but couldn't e mail me the quote.
3. Rodd Kuiper hanged up on me when I politely asked him for the quote.
Would you trust someone like that with a valuable instrument like piano? Someone who cannot meet simple deadlines and don't even have basic understanding of customer service?
I don't recall having to deal with someone this bad in the piano industry. Their service or lack of service is just a joke.
I would say, don't bother, I wouldn't even want Rodd Kuiper to tune my piano for free with that kind of service. read more
