The absolute WORST customer service you can find. I just moved here from the U.S. and decided to go…read moreout with friends. Apparently when you walk in you are supposed to get a card and everything you buy gets charged on the card. I had no idea, and was never told this, so i walked in without getting one (the blonde girl at the front register was talking to people so i walked right in, without anyone stopping me telling me i needed to get this card). When i was leaving the blonde girl LIED to me and the manager saying she "saw me" walk in with my friends (i walked in ten minutes after them because i had to finish my water and i was having a good conversation with the bouncers), so they made me pay the 60 EUROS you have to pay when you "lose" your card. They completely patted me down, looked through EVERY card in my wallet to try to find this card they thought i was hiding from them. Safe to say that I will not come back to this place ever again. I tried to explain to them that a lost customer is worth way more than the 60 euros that they stole from me, but the incompetence and the unethical practices were absolutely through the roof at this place. Dont come here if you dont enjoy getting lied to and scammed. Having to deal with stupidity like this is one of the reasons why i rarely go out.
