Many of the programs aren't as professionally polished as those on network stations, but HEC TV's programs are certainly more content driven with high levels of intelligence and a keen eye to the arts. Anyone who is artistic in nature, or those who take an interest in intellectual endeavors, will certainly love watching this station. One thing that I love is the funny intros with the computer noises that play while showing the various logos. It reminds me of my childhood and simply makes me happy.
