This is the worst delivery service in town. They are never on time with deliveries, and will even go so far as to lie about delivery times. To make matters worse, the drivers are almost all incompetent in using a pallet jack and have damaged my product on numerous occasions due to improper handling. I actually have to write "conditional upon inspection" on every single shipping sheet that I sign off on from these people because almost every delivery is damaged by their fault. KTown delivery is not only the worst company for hiring skilled drivers or for time management, but they are incredibly rude and difficult to deal with over the phone.
