Ich gehe seit Jahren regelmäßig in die Krone und werde es mit Sicherheit auch noch lange tun. Das Essen ist einfach lecker, ohne viel Deko oder übertriebener Telleranrichtung. Die Gerichte sind gutbürgerlich, regional und es gibt immer eine saisonale Empfehlung. Auch das Menu ist immer eine Empfehlung wobei die Portinen mehr als ausreichend sind. Sollte es jedoch tatsächlich einem mal nicht reichen, gibst es natürlich einen Nachschlag. Man merkt, dass sämtliche Gerichte von Grund auf selbst gekocht werden und nichts aus der Dose oder dem Eimer kommt. Alles wird einfach frisch zubereitet, egal ob Kraftbrühe, Schnitzel, Soßen, Dressings, etc. Auch Sonderbestellungen oder das Mischen von mehreren Gerichten ist absolut kein Problem. Hier merkt man einfach, dass es sich um ein bodenständiges Restaurant handelt und nicht um ein aufgeblasenes Schicki-Micki Szene-Lokal mit Massenabfertigung. read more
