I would never have been able to stay with the other end of Straight Talk's SNAFU instructions and code entries by myself that was necessary to have them restore my service that was erroneously disabled. This young technician, Becca stayed patiently on the phone for over two hours, with Straight Talk on the other end, giving instructions and endless code entries for her to follow in order to reverse their "prepaid service disabled" glitch on my (auto paid) flip phone. Becca took over and stayed with the problem to make sure that Straight Talk didn't manage to squirm out of the problem solving, as they had previously done with me in January of 2017, causing me to buy a new phone. I cannot praise this patient and knowledgeable young woman enough for helping my 83 year old disabled self yesterday. Such patience is a too rare gift. It was a Memorial Day experience that I'll remember for sure. Thank you, Becca.

When I told her she was not being helpful, she replied, "No, I'm not," and simply walked away. I was shocked by both her response and her attitude. This is completely unacceptable customer service and not behavior I would expect Walmart to tolerate from an employee dealing with customers. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed with her directly.

The server was super friendly and attentive during my visit. I was looking for a light lunch. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and added avocado. I also order fresh pico with chips. Prices are very reasonable. The food comes out quickly. The tortillas are thick with great fresh corn flavor. The tacos were delicious with perfectly ripe buttery avocado, fresh cilantro and onion. The sauces added great spice. The pico was FRESH and delicious. I loved my lunch. So good. The chips are fresh without a bunch of salt. They have a small grocery. There is limited parking. They do a robust carry out service as well. I loved Mila's.

They were busier than usual, but only had one person handling all of the tables and the register. I asked for three pounds of meat. Usually takes about 1 minute. I paid $45 and was told to wait. No problem. 40 minutes later... "sorry about the wait." I love Mila's but will find another option going forward. Not going back.

I noticed that the carts are outside, and there is no one there to sanitize the carts. I reluctantly took a cart, and mentally noted to keep my hands away from my face at all costs. Inside the store, there were more than 10 customers that were not wearing masks, all adults, plus children. In addition, of the five or six employees I saw, only TWO had their masks on properly- over their nose. Others had their mask literally pushed down under their chins. There is a sign on the front door that face masks are required. There was NO Sanitizer open for customers and staff to clean their hands throughout the store. Over the last seven months, I have taken multiple (and required) precautions to keep MYSELF and OTHERS safe. While in Plymouth, I went to a clothing store, (Cato), Dollar Tree, and Kroger this weekend. EVERY OTHER STORE used normal and required precautions where I did not feel unsafe or jeopardized. Yet the GROCERY store, with food products, took very few precautions and was very nonchalant about customer safety. I feel that it is important to note that this store has total disregard for its customers. When I brought this to the attention of the Manager, Mary- her defense (as her own mask would not stay on her face) was that she is sorry I felt this way. I pointed out the stock boy with his mask under his chin, and she dismissed it as he was not interacting with customers. (Really? what is he touching with his hands? breathing on? and where is the sanitizer throughout the store, to clean and sanitize?) I asked why they were not sanitizing carts. She said at first that they were sanitizing each cart. I said, really? There is no one outside as customers return or take carts, no one at all. Then she backtracked and said that, "Oh that's right, they stopped sanitizing carts several weeks ago" Really? In Marshall County, Indiana, to date, there have been 1068 cases of Covid-19 and 25 deaths. From September 20-October 3 there have been 74 cases in Marshall County. This means to ME, that this is no time to be lax with your precautions. Is one death enough to make people take precautions? I should have taken photos, but did not. However, I strongly urge that SOMEONE reach out to this store, and remind them that people are DYING from this disease. I am 64yo and high risk. I was VERY uncomfortable in that store.
