Next, they stripped, cleaned, and resealed my paver driveway. I would like to add some context to my driveway project. A few months back, I had my driveway cleaned and sealed by a different company. The previous crew did not remove all of the old sealer, and they they sloppily applied new sealer over top of the old. It looked horrible. Of note, that job took 3 days. When Darren came out for the driveway estimate, he told me he could fix it. I was dubious, but after seeing the work they did on my pool deck, I decided to let them proceed with the driveway. Clean Master did what they said they would. They were able to remove ALL of the old sealer, and they applied a fresh coat of sealer to a clean driveway. Clean Master took 1 day to complete the driveway strip/seal, and it came out looking great. I appreciate when a company holds true to their word. I would not hesitate to hire Clean Master again, and I will do so in the future.

Well search no more because I have found the best anywhere and trust me...I've tried a bunch of others over the years. Spray Wash Exterior Pros 772/254-2461. From my first call to Dave Hauer (Owner operator), I knew this was going to be a good Company to work with. Dave showed up on time for the estimate, was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He walked our property with us, and he actually LISTENED to what I wanted to have done. No pressure, no sales pitch, and no attitude. When he left, he immediately sent me a very professional review of the services I wanted along with an itemized proposal. (Very fair price) In one click, I could accept or decline which made this a totally hassle-free experience. We then scheduled the job for the exact day and time I requested. I was sent a confirmation of the job and time through text which was so professional and deeply appreciated. Dave texted me this morning and was running a little early which was great for me. He showed up a few minutes later with another guy (Greg) both well mannered, dressed professionally and they greeted me with a handshake. Dave then proceeded to inform me of the PLAN he had for the day's work, so that I was aware of everything they were going to do. He had already met my dogs and was receptive to them being in the house as he worked. He started with the inside windows while Greg set up outside. They use a very soft wash for the tile roof so that there is no damage to the tiles. It's sprayed on and left to set for a while. Meantime Dave was busy super washing my windows, tracks and frames throughout the interior of the house. Greg began spraying a product on my pavers and patio deck then began several washes with a pressure washer and a large round cleaning machine, then a good rinse of everything. They removed rust from my stucco, my pavers and even my black aluminum fence. Then Dave began washing the exterior windows, frames etc. When I tell you they left zero dirt anywhere, I'm not exaggerating. My paver driveway, walkways and patio never looked so good, and my windows are so clean they are sure to kill a few birds (no birds were hurt) because they are so sparkling clean. These guys worked almost non-stop for almost 9 hours. I can't tell you how happy I am that I chose Spray Wash Pros for this job. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are good human and they run a great company. I hope you consider them for your next job.

Martin is all business and no BS. He cuts to the chase about what he is able to do and warranty…read more All the other roofers wanted to tear up and replace the whole roof, including shingles portion, at a significant price point, but Martin was able to work with just the flat roof portion. For best protection, and seeing as how several have tried to patch, he recommended a torch down of a new layer. We've only had a little bit of rain since he did that (super punctual early bird for 2 days) but I have not seen any additional leaks so far. While he was up there, he noticed that our skylight flashing was also compromised (which we already knew from home inspections but most roofers said it was still ok). But I'd rather not have the anxiety of that hanging over my head and since he was reasonable and efficient (most roofers have months long waits), I would wanted him to do the repair there too. The repair must have been more complicated than he thought (he said the previous work was 'weird') because he spent a half day up there, but I'm glad he took his time to do it right. The peace of mind since then has been invaluable as I was losing sleep and my temper over each and every rain. Anyway, in the end, due to the nature of the crappy bitumen from our old flat roof, there were bits everywhere in our yard, but I honestly expected that no matter who was working on it. His 1. Price, 2. Quality, and 3. Short wait time (YMMV) was 10000% deserving of 5 stars

This morning, Martin called as promised and came by within 30 minutes. He climbed up to the roof and found the 8 cracked tiles that were broken during the termite tenting we did several months ago. Within an hour Martin had gone to supply depot, picked up the replacement tiles and repaired as he promised. And the cost was very reasonable, given the quick response. I had been making calls to multiple roofers in the area and was getting replies that they were all booked out thru October and November. Martin exceeded my expectations and my family and I can go into the next rainy season feeling better about the potential for leaks.
