Okay so I've been looking into microblading for a few months because I have little soul patches for eyebrows (hi moms, please take your daughters to trained professionals to shape their eyebrows and make sure they never have tweezers unattended in case they overpluck their eyebrows and their hair never grows back like me) and as soon as I saw Alina's Yelp I was like "this is her". I was sorely mistaken. She is THE ONE. She's seriously so amazing and I really will be a customer life. Couple things: 1) don't think because she charges less than someone else that she isn't as good as someone else charging $600+. She USED to charge $600 and decided that a) its better for her clients and better for her business if she stays affordableI don't (win-win for both of us) b) she can people who may not think they have the opportunity to be able to afford such a luxury and c) her supplies (which are very expensive) only last a year anyways so why not get the most use out of them possible? 2) she drew out this shape on me that had no harsh points or high arches and I was like... "uhh, I dunno" and she was like "I promise, it's not the right thing for your face and it's an old beauty trend that is outdated. Trust me" (and I'm thinking like have you seen this RBF? I need sharp ass brows to let a hater know I stay the coldest) so I just went with it and I was feeling like I was going to walk out of there unhappy and I will be honest and say that it took a full 48 hours for these brows to really win me over but I'm at like 72-96 hours in now and I am OBSESSED. 3) listen to Alina always. She honest to God is the expert. You might have a personal preference but remember how you feel looking at your moms 80s yearbook photos and remember how you feel looking at the lil old lady's that wear heavy blush to church. Makeup adapts and evolves; that's the fun thing about it is that it's always changing as the world is progressing. Alina has seen trends come and go but overall she knows what looks best for the shape of your face and that is timeless and ageless and won't stick out like a sore thumb in old photos so listen to her like she's your grandmother. She also did my lash extensions which (you guessed it!) I'm super in love with. Do yourself a favor. If you're reading this and you've been contemplating if this is your girl or if you wanna get this done, the answer is yes and yes so book her now. Also, for what it's worth, I've heard of a lot of people saying they know people who got this done and the healing process was kinda gross and I'm attaching a photo from day 3. The picture collage is from Friday before and after. And the other picture is Monday, just over 72 hours into having it done and it looks great. As a disclaimer, and this may not be okay for everyone but I had zero bleeding during the session and close to zero scabbing over the weekend, I did wear makeup today so I took a baby wipe and gently buffed off the top layer of gunk since it appeared to be more of what looked like makeup I may have missed from when I got ready and cleaned them off with a watered down (okay, it was saliva) q-tip and it just sort of seemed to exfoliate this layer off the top that ended up revealing even better brows than I had already loved before. The pigment won't settle fully until about a month in but I could care less. Everyday I just fall more in love with these eyebrows. They are soooooo natural and real looking!!!! Thank you Alina!!!!!!!

When I started looking for someone local, I came across Jenny's Yelp ! So many pictures and mostly great reviews. A negative review here and there but I figured they were the problem and not Jenny. My first appointment with Jenny was in February. During the first appointment alone she worked wonders !!! My eyebrows were thin and misshaped from years of over tweezing. Jenny spent time mapping everything out and making sure I was happy with the shape and placement. The numbing cream helped, only felt slight discomfort, nothing serious. A few of my coworkers noticed something different about me when I told them and showed them my before picture they said they wanted to go to Jenny too! So far 2 of them have and they are very happy with their results after 1st appointments. I just saw Jenny today for my 1st touch up about 6-7 weeks after my first appointment. Satisfied again ! Good to let her know your skin type, products you use and such so she can guide you on what is the best direction for microblading for your skin before your appointment. I became very nervous the day before and she was able to talk on the phone to voice any concerns I had. I was just nervous and needed to verbally hear comforting words. Haha. So, yes, all in all, I was very comfortable and you can trust her expertise/experience. I was there for microblading but she recommended shading if I wanted it. The artist made her feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The piercing looked beautiful, and the healing process was surprisingly fast. As a mom, seeing my daughter have a positive first experience meant a lot to me. Definitely 5 stars for us! Highly recommended for anyone thinking about getting a piercing.

I wanted to come here because of the reviews and it's close to my house, so I started a new request and this time the owner actually had an artist (Pierre) contact me, but she seemed annoyed that I reached out again. So from the start the customer service was lacking. But the reviews were good so I went ahead with the appointment. During the visit everything went ok. The artist didn't say more than a few words to me the whole time, but that's fine. The tattoo itself took about an hour, which is about how long it took him to set up so all in all I was there for a little less than 2 hours. The artist didn't even have to draw the tattoo, I sent him pictures ahead of time. A simple butterfly. And I was so overcharged I still can't believe I actually paid that much. When he told me the price ($350! For a tattoo that took an hour and he didn't even have to draw) I didn't even know what to say. I am not a confrontational or argumentative person, so I paid and left. But now I can't get over how much he had the nerve to charge me for this service. And, being a polite person and still slightly in shock/denial over being told the price, I still actually tipped him! So that's my bad. And, looking closely at the tattoo there's several wonky lines and it's not really symmetrical. So I'm pretty bummed about being extremely overcharged for a so-so tattoo and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
