I had to move for work and I now live 5hours away. I paid I lot of money and trusted this company to throughly clean an empty house so it was ready to put on the market to sell. I wondered why I didn't get many pictures and now I know why. They didn't do the job! They dropped awful blue toilet cleaner in my toilet tanks and little else. Do not hire these people. read more

All their repairs were on spot as it was described to us in the very first meeting, Mr. Jack was very helpful and is very knowledgeable of repairs. I had no Idea what a fire mitigation service was and he rattled off a couple of known companies that handle that service, Servpro was one of them. So, I contacted them and spoke with the owner Jack. Let me tell you, I have never had someone so ready and willing to help me out. He is constantly in communication with me to make sure his team is treating me well. If I call or text it wont be more than a couple of minutes at most until I get a call back. Now let me tell you about the team. Lori, is incredibly knowledgeable. If I have a question that cant be answered definitively on the spot she seems to be the person to call. Also, the team that was clearing out my home were nothing but respectful and empathetic to our little disaster (That goes a long way). All in all, yes we have had a bad disaster but I don't see how it would be possible for another company or service to compete with the response time, attentiveness and empathy that has been given to us by Mr. Jack and his team.
