When I voiced my concerns I was spoken to like I was stupid and didn't understand what an appointment was but I don't think you can justify €31 for a 5 minute trim, it's not the same as a full hair appointment, wash, cut and blow dry. I won't be returning as I was belittled and not listened to. Very rude and condescending.
