Steer clear, if you don't want to get stung with unbelievable charges for dust or a small mark on the wall of your room. Even if the room was a tip when you moved in and have cleaned it thoroughly they will still withhold a chunk of your deposit for something. They are using overseas students as a money making scheme If you do chose this place, make sure an inspection is carried out when you move in, take photos and show them when you move in, look at marks on the wall dust on the skirting etc. Then take photos when you move out of the same places in the room. Maybe then they wont withhold money, however they probably will . They are fraudsters They have charged 300nok to remove a sofa from her room that was already in her room when she moved in!! read more
