We were all staying the nearby Radisson Blu and made the easy walk to Ritter Weinstuben. I don't know my beer like Jesse T., so I depended on him and other German speakers to pick out something a little stronger than a Lager. And maybe a small glass of a local liqueur. We sat at 2 long tables in a separate room in the back of the restaurant. I remember walking by the main sitting area and bar to get there. I also remember a lot of great conversations, some really good food, great service, a chance later to sit in a local colleague's restored Ford Mustang a nearby parking lot. They had Kostritzer schwarzbier, which is always solid. We sat at long tables. This was over a year ago, but all I remember was mostly the conversations I had. I know I had some kind of pork with the bone still in it, and it was one of the best smoked pieces of pork I ever ate. I'm not sure how crowded it gets, or how it works on other nights, so I'm not even sure how big this place is. We sat at 2 long tables, both sides. Service was excellent, and we had a limited menu.
