My husband stopped by to ask some questions (and likely make a purchase!) and was treated as a major inconvenience. The questions he had weren't rocket science, but he was treated as if he had asked the salesperson to personally drive over to look at our fireplace and offer hours of advice. My husband was even willing to take a look at new fireplaces, but that was also apparently asking for too much effort. When you rely on customers (as businesses do, I hear), it's generally good practice to make *some* effort. Absolutely unimpressed.

So after we get pellets, for the next two weeks my husband and I, our phones literally ring constantly with people asking us why we need help from LIHEAP, an asking us if we knew Matt at natures cover is telling everyone our business! It's already degrading enough asking for help! so if ur using LIHEAP I would highly recommend to pass on natures cover!!! unfortunately as of now there the only ones who except LIHEAP, hopefully soon others will start accepting it!
