The back room looks perfect for a book-club or gathering for mums & dads, as there's a kids playroom cubbyhouse, a converted walk-in wardrobe. Fully packed with stuffed toys, games, puzzles & books & colouring pencils & paper, we wanted to play in there ourselves! The flowers were Devine and fragrant and very well priced. I brought a beautiful for you seal stamp and wax for $15 and it was very well made and not cheap looking. If you want to browse for something a bit different this is the place, I loved the abundance box that included incense cones, crystals along with little bottles of lavender and more. Though these were lovely they are just way too visually pleasant to use and would make a great item for that side board or table in a hallway. Whilst there Lani our gracious Yelp host brought in some petite amazing cupcakes with little tubes of alcoholic delights made by Fiori Bakehouse and these were moist and delicious and just the right bite size with many flavours to suit all tastes. The only downside to The Showroom is parking as its right on LaTrobe terrace which means fighting for on street parking though with bus stops nearby I would suggest catching public transport. Also available in store was soak society with some very Devine smelling salts guaranteed to leave you tingling with refreshment. There was also Anise Botanical skincare range and I really liked the gardeners hand cream without the harsh fragrant smell that can often come with hand and body creams. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. When I arrived to view the flowers before they were sent I was very disappointed that the style was not appropriate for the recipient and not what I had imagined at all. I guess this was due to semantics and communication, expectations and assumptions. I was impressed that the girls in this florist (including Phoebe) didn't try to convince me that this bunch was in fact appropriate. Instead, after some apologies for crossed-wires about expectations they sprung into action to create a new bunch very much different from the first. They did well to stay patient and attentive despite me being a very contrary customer. I guess it pays dividends to bow to customers wants and needs because - well - here I am now singing their praises. I'm sure many florists would have railroaded me into accepting the first bunch or tried to alter it slightly. I was very pleased they wiped the slate clean and started again.

You certainly pay for that quality with prices starting from $70 to $400. And with a handy online store and super fast deliveries you have no excuse not to splurge on some of their blooms.

The girl at the shop tried to help as we removed about a dozen petals (I didn't want to remove too many as to effect the bouquet size, though we should've removed much more or had some entire flowers be replaced). So I rang the head office. They told me that's how the roses are. Of course, I've seen many roses, these aren't what roses should look like. The guy was no help and left me no option. Instead, he made me feel guilty as they were a special order and implied that I should just be thankful. I paid $200. No apology. No options to resolve my complaint. That's very poor service! As a customer paying this much money, I'd expect some effort and courtesy. I am now left to either give the bouquet to the bride, who will be inevitably upset by this, or give her no flowers at all. I will certainly not be going back and nor will the 100+ people from today's wedding.
