It is with regret that I write this review. I called Joe Kramer regarding my personal injury lawsuit. He had promised to get back to me before Wednesday. I called him late Tuesday and he did not return my call. I called him Wednesday and he did not return my call. On Thursday I left another message, this time stating that I was concerned about him, and still no call. Same Friday. Monday morning he finally answered his phone because, he said, I called so often. He told me he would get back to me "this week," which was one week ago Friday. Late on Friday I called him and in my voicemail I told him that I was going to write a Yelp review. In approximately ten minute I got my return call! He pleaded with me not to write a review, asking me if I knew what that could do to him. I told him he was a liar and I could not trust him and would be finding another attorney. He asked if he could make it right, but when I said no because I didn't trust him, rather than using his persuasive skills, he attempted to intimidate me, telling me that calling him a liar would result in him suing me for defamation. This happened nine days ago and I purposely waited to see if he would reach out to apologize, but none has come so it is time to write this review. Let me add that this review goes only to his character and not to his work as an attorney. I just feel that if you want any professional to work for you, you need to trust them and to get a return call, certainly within the time frame that that person promised. Mr. Kramer's calls are recorded so my veracity is unquestioned and no amount of spinning by either of us can change what is on the tape of the call. Finally, because he attempted to intimate me by threatening to sue me if I post this review, I am strongly considering reporting this incident to the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission as no client or potential client should fear suit by Mr. Kramer because he does not deliver what he has promised. read more
