Diana is far from helpful/ compassionate.. she not only didn't help my boyfriend in his child custody case, but she had zero empathy or even patience to actually HEAR him. It was obvious from day 1 that she didn't even like him, nor was she supportive. Maybe she was just profiling?? We NEVER felt like she was on our TEAM.. She NEVER even showed up to his court dates!! Needless to say.. she lost in the court case. Not to mention it was an $11,000+ bill AFTER the $6,500 retainer. She NEVER even gave him a heads up!! Plus my boyfriend was left with so many unanswered questions that were asked while she still had the case. All she was concerned about was getting her money. She was FAR from helpful .. She once left him a voicemail and charged him $500!! Every time my boyfriend would reach out to her she was unavailable to him, and put out an impression that she's bothered/annoyed. .. We had to do EVERYTHING ourselves.. I'm honestly not even sure what we paid for. We lost our battle to another lawyer whose charges LESS THAN half of what we paid and she actually FOUGHT for her client and won! .. I'm honestly not one to complain or write bad reviews but this woman is NOT somebody helpful WHATSOEVER. I feel bad for her clients, and to be honest I don't think any of these 4-5 star reviews are genuine. .. Money hungry all the way.. she was LATE to see my boyfriend. And while I was waiting in the lobby there was another woman waiting a LONG time to see her too AND she had a young lady there for a job interview!! Poor girl also waited a long time.. She also has her little lap dog fully suited in her office with her. What a joke. I met with Ms. Zitser for a consultation where I paid, $350. Immediately as I told her my concerns she began to cut me off and tell me the court would not care. It threw me off and I was no longer sure what to communicate to her. She seemed like a typical attorney that is too busy to let you finish a sentence. She told me that there is a saying, "Child support makes great fathers." What she was trying to convey is that when you file child support, that parent suddenly wants to be a part of the child's life. I did receive some helpful information but I would not recommend her. She is a Caucasian or Jewish woman with no children. I did not get the feeling that is able to understand or relate. The consultation was not worth $350. There are much more friendly and helpful Family Law Attorneys who have reasonable rates. read more

There are few things as stressful in life as a divorce. Diana was amazing. She listened. She cared. I later found out how important personality is when hiring an attorney. If the judge dislikes your attorney, watch out. Diana is very knowledgeable and highly respected.
