I am 66, healthy, still lift weights, ride my bike, exercise and have the stress of being a business owner. We have a light bed in our home and tons of wellness tools, and, my age is catching up, legs stiffer in the morning, balance a bit shaky, mind losing a step, old injuries surfzcing. The day after the session my legs felt 20 years younger, no balance issues getting up in the morning, no pain from previous injuries, morning stiffness gone. What's really cool is that these outward symptoms are representative of what is happening in every tissue, organ and system in the body. This is powerful! If you can experience this I massively recommend it. The team at Chara is extraordinary. No wonder Dr Kong has received so many awards. I highly recommended for both people with health challenges as well as those who simply want to be better. Mike McIntyre

I have had pretty intense stomach issues for the better portion of my life…read more I have tried traditional medicine, diet, and they all have definitely helped. I wanted to seek some alternative aid as well to see if it would help me as well. I came with no expectations other than to experiment and learn at the very least. Oksana took the time to ask me so many questions I had never thought about it. It was kind of like a little therapy session in terms of really thinking about how I am and how my own body is. She took about a week after that to see all my answers and develop the proper remedy for me. It ended up being Nux vomica. She gave me very clear and thorough instructions on how to use it. I have to say it has helped tremendously. My stomach issues have greatly decreased and have not affected my day to day activity. For anyone considering alternative remedies and medicine I would highly recommend coming here for your needs to be fulfilled.

I also had active breast cancer, but I hadn't started any treatments with my Western doctors yet. Lydia immediately began treating me -- not only for the itching and burning, but also for the cancer. She used moxibustion directly on my breast, special herbal poultices, and personalized teas and capsules that she prepared just for me. For the next 8 months, I only did her treatments. I didn't have surgery, chemo, radiation, or hormone therapy during that time. When I finally went back to my doctors for updated scans, the results shocked them. My PET scan showed that the cancer in my breast and lymph nodes had actually improved, and most importantly, it had not spread anywhere else. The radiologist even wrote in the report as if I had already had a procedure -- but I hadn't. The only treatments I had been doing were with Lydia. I am so grateful for Lydia's care. I first came across the collective bag in 2022 when I was going to a very hard time as a nursing…read morestudent in an accelerated nursing program as I was grieving and going through a difficult breakup. I saw that there was this event in LA through Soul and Sound that had Jennifer plus her students scheduled to bless us with sound healing. When all of the sound healing practitioners share their background, I was an odd to hear that some of them were registered. Nurses were in different intersections that led them down this creative path of sound healing. Before this, I would always drive over an hour to Orange County for sound baths and rarely found any sound baths facilitated and created by women of color. Jennifer and her students played a beautiful sound bath for us all in this high acoustics warehouse and I was absolutely taken away. I then continued to follow her business online for 3.5 years and waited to see her next classes that she would offered. I saw she offered breathe work classes, as well as sound healing. I ended up registering for Sound Bowl Healing. I signed up first last year but life was " life-ing " and I couldn't attend. Then this year I was able to join in the spring. I had a lot going on, but I still felt very included and welcomed. Honestly, Jenifer was very patient and gracious with me to allow me to attend and participate. I love how she's stressed the vital importance of us as new sound bowl practitioners, to continue to do our inner work and encourage us to never stop reflecting, and never stop healing. She is emphasized how it's our responsibility to never stop doing our own self-care and to remain open and curious in our own journey towards balance of love and peace in all of the dark and light. So excited to play & co-create‍
