The Coptic Orthodox Church in Stockholm Sweden is a cosy, wonderful small church. The smell of incense and the beautiful iconography decorating the walls help in creating the old traditional oriental feeling of a middle-eastern Christian Church. The church is open for anyone and everyone. The Coptic Church in Sweden was established in 1992 and is now a part of the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Scandinavia, headed by His Grace Bishop Abakir. For anyone seeking spirituality or peace of mind, I would highly recommend the morning liturgies. Sundays are always crowded, Saturdays are so and so, but there are other liturgies scattered throughout the week. For more information, visit www.copt.se read more
