Our group of 15 bought out all of the Jell-O shots ($4 a shot) before the end of the ride. But, they had plenty of beer, margarita cans, and seltzers left. I wish they had some zero-sugar sodas and offered free water on the bus. I'd recommend coming with a prepared setlist, so that you keep the party going because our driver let us control the music. But, we couldn't control the loudness. Decent price for the party bus and the price of the drinks on the bus were alright.

Terrible experience, questionable ethics…read more For our wedding we ordered this party bus to transport our bridal party and parents from our downtown hotel to a venue out near Percy Priest Lake. The order and confirmation was initially set for a pickup at our hotel at 2 PM for the women, and 3 PM for the men. The bus arrived an hour early, which we thought would have been great because the driver was guaranteed to be there on time. Since the driver was early, he went down the street to park and wait, and was directed to be at the front for 2 PM as initially ordered. At 2 PM the ladies' group was waiting, and the shuttle was not there. At about 2:15 we coordinated a call to see where the driver was, and he said he was waiting to be told we were ready. The driver then did not show up for pickup for another 15 minutes, therefore putting us 30 minutes behind. This was frustrating since more than twice, it was agreed for a 2 PM pickup and our timeline was very thorough. Upon boarding, I (bride) was asked where they were supposed to go. The destination address and all important scheduling information was confirmed well in advance, and this as well as the surprise bus attendant who introduced himself as the translator for the driver was incredibly off-putting. The bus arrived a full hour late to pick up the men's group. En route, the bus generator died, turning off all A/C and music. I'm sure you can picture the discomfort this left 10-15 men in full suits on a hot July day. Neither the attendant nor the driver apologized for the inconvenience or offered any amenities such as opening windows, cold water, or a partial refund. Additionally, the driver made a wrong turn, delaying the arrival of the groom and groomsmen even further. This service and vehicle is unreliable and unprofessional. When we brought these concerns to the attention of the owner, he called immediately - however not to listen, but to argue. He never apologized for any of the inconveniences which included putting our entire wedding 1.5 hours behind. In fact, he defended his driver saying that they never just show up because everyone is always 20 minutes or so late, so it's typical that they just wait for a call and insinuated we should have known that and not have expected him to show up without being prompted. The owner said he would not refund us, but would 'consider maybe' giving us a discount next time we use his services. Also, the email for this company is 'MusicCityShuttles' at gmail, when in fact that is the name of an entirely different and seemingly well reviewed business. Please think twice, hard, about using this company who seem to only have their interests in mind, and not those of their customers.
