I wish they had a zero star option. We had an awning installed, months after they told us it would be done. The pitch of the awning is wrong, they never came back to finish the gutters or touch-up the awning where they scratched it, cut, etc. My biggest complaint is this company has the worst customer service imaginable. They will ignore your phone calls until you threaten to dispute the charges and then lie when they tell you something will be done on this date or whenever. I even went to the shop after they wouldn't answer the phone for a week and they locked up the storefront so no one could get in lol. Anyway, stay clear of this company. read more
